Just finished some Tapas Y Vinos and dinner in Spain – Another delicious culinary treat – this time with a little garlic burn made with a new twist!
Fresh homemade ALIOLI sauce – made with Olei Olive Oil mixed with one fresh country free range farm raised chicken egg (extra fresh in Spain), fresh garlic – lots of it – you decide how much, all mixed with a hand blender or “batidora” in spanish. Good with bread, potatoes, anything you like that would enjoy a little extra Flavor! Enjoy!!!
