In preparation for the fantastic and very famous festival of Arde Lucus held in the city of Lugo, in the Province of Lugo, in Galicia the Ars Magirica Xornadas Gastro-Romanas Tapas Concurso was a success in getting everyone excited and ready for this years up coming Celtic and Roman Festival 13 – 15 of June. Locals, as well as, visitors have tasted, sampled, and picked their new favorite tapas and menus during the past two weeks. This very special tapas and menu event has provided people the opportunity from 15 – 30 of May to explore, taste and discover some culinary fusion twists blending the old with the new. With more than 30 establishments participating there was more than enough to keep one busy sampling during this very unique and special culinary event.
