Fresh, Flavorful & Delicious – Galicia’s Naturally Organic

No matter what time of the year Galicia is always FULL of FRESH, FLAVORFUL and DELICIOUS Fruits and Vegetables. A wonderful tradition and custom of all the local towns and villages are the Huerta’s or vegetable gardens that dot the landscape making it picture perfect. An almost daily routine for me is walking through the neighborhood to get some fresh fruits and vegetables to eat and making a trip into the historic center when the farmer’s market is extra lively twice a week with extra produce brought in fresh from the fields.
