Just a little more than 3 hours from Madrid you can enjoy a wonderful adventure to Valencia Spain. It is fun to explore the city, do a little wine tasting and partake in some of their famous dishes – and yes of course one of them is Paella a truly delicious experience. After you can enjoy a wonderful stroll through gardens surrounding you with flowers blooming. I remember a very special road trip to Valencia and the south of Spain with my friends Ines and Lucia to visit our friend Fernando – was a wonderful few days of sunshine, sea and sand of the beach, enjoying walking the historic district with its beautiful architecture and of course tasting many specialty dishes and wines of the region.
